Click-a-Dose™ (patent pending)
Developed in conjunction with Colbert Packaging, Click-a-Dose™ is Dordan’s response to recent demand for senior friendly / child resistant packaging for medication. The unique Click-a-Dose™ product consists of an outer carton (designed and developed by Colbert Packaging), an internal blister to hold the medication, and a two-part tray. Dordan engineers devised a unique rotating internal blister system. This innovative feature allows the Click-a-Dose™ system to dispense specific medication doses when needed. Thermobook™ (patented)
Dordan Manufacturing developed The Thermobook™ as a unique solution to a customer request. The Thermobook™ package consists of two basic parts. The first part is an inverted tray, designed to hold the items to be packaged. The second part is essentially a flat sheet that is RF welded to the inverted tray, creating a completely sealed package. When the package is folded, the two halves snap together, creating an innovative thermoformed book (hence the name Thermobook™). Steritamp™ Dispenser
The Steritamp dispenser was developed as a collaborative effort between Dordan Manufacturing and a third-party design firm. This unique package is engineered to hang on a wall and dispense tamper evident seals. These seals are then placed over vials of injectable medications.
