Dordan Manufacturing is a 3rd generation family owned and operated custom thermoformer that has served a variety of industries throughout North America and abroad for almost 50 years. Specializing in the custom design and manufacturing of plastic clamshells, blisters, trays and components from its Midwestern headquarters, Dordan prides itself on its thought leadership status and genuine commitment to design and thermoforming excellence. Through an awareness of contemporary packaging trends, innovative design, engineering and thermoforming capabilities, and keen insight into the unique market demands of our diverse customer base, Dordan works hard so you don't have to.

Dordan is headquartered in Woodstock, IL, which is also the location of its manufacturing plant. Spanning over 50,000 square feet, Dordan is a state of the art facility, equipped with the most current thermoforming, software and machining technologies available.

At the Woodstock facility, Dordan has the capacity to convert 75,000,000 pounds of material annually. Also located at the Woodstock facility is an in-house tool and die shop and the following departments: quality assurance, engineering and design, sales and marketing, research and sustainability.

In addition to custom thermoforming, Dordan offers a selection of stock clamshell and blister tooling. Turnkey packaging solutions, including contract packaging/fulfillment services, are also available.

Dordan provides packaging solutions to the consumer electronics, health/beauty, housewares/hardwares, industrial, pharmaceutical/medical, and retail markets.
