In todays market place quality assurance is a must. Producing quality parts is only part of the equation. Having quality systems in place that check the products that you manufacture is essential.
At Dordan we are committed to quality products and quality systems. We continually check our progress by running first article inspection on all parts produced. We take a random sampling on parts, measure them and chart the data. This tells us if a part is out of spec or not. If we find any non-conforming product, we immediately isolate the problem and rectify it. Sometimes this means stopping production until we find a way to fix the problem.
