Spencer Slavin recently joined Dordan, becoming the newest member of our fourth generation to work at the company. We sat down for a quick conversation about what brought him here, what he’s learning, and what it’s like working alongside family.

Dordan was founded in 1962 and has remained family-owned and operated for more than 60 years. Today, members of the fourth generation are working alongside the second and third, continuing a family business that has evolved considerably since its start.
For Spencer, this is just the beginning. He’s still learning the business, getting to know the industry, and figuring out where his experience and interests can contribute.
