Dordan has 11 high-speed in-line Lyle thermoforming machines, which employ the most current technologies available. Dordan has the capacity to convert 75,000,000 pounds of material annually and has experience thermoforming traditional and non-traditional resins.

Typically, the timeline for package design concept to production is as follows: 24-48 hours for quote; 5 business days for a digital rendering or technical drawing; 10 business days for a prototype; and first production parts 20 business days after approval of the prototype. However, by offering all design, engineering and machining services under one roof at our Illinois headquarters, it allows us greater scheduling flexibility and shorter lead-times, increased quality control and competitive pricing.
